Collaborations on RE:SHAPE
We have engaged in collaborations with several companies with the goal of creating ways to transform and reuse carpet waste and to explore new resulting materials and products.
Holland America Line
Holland America Line and Dansk Wilton have partnered together in a pilot project with the aim to find solutions for recycling waste as a resource in a circular economy. This is a significant first step to contribute to new innovative initiatives which can contribute to future large scale solutions.
Our pilot project has so far resulted in prototypes of coat hangers, signage, coasters and acoustic art works.
Modulex
In pilot projects and collaborations, we have worked on transforming carpet waste into new interior solutions that can be used in the same environment as the carpets come from.
In this way, we ensure a new life for waste that becomes a resource in a new context.
TUI Cruises and Marahrens
In collaboration with TUI Cruises and the sign manufacturer Marahrens, we have manufactured a drinks display for the cruise ship Mein Schiff 3
We are excited to say that our collaboration on the drinks display was nominated for The Innovation Award at Cruise Ship Interiors Expo in Miami.
Thors Design
The Danish furniture brand, Thors Design, is usually known for their high quality wooden furniture created from used harbour wood.
By using their skill and knowledge on recycled materials, they have created the kids table, Minnie, from our RE:SHAPE material.
Easy Fair
Easy Fair has several years of experience in designing and building spaces that inspire and attract attention – especially at exhibitions.
We have collaborated with Easy Fair on creating a phone booth with amazing acoustics which is ideal for open offices.
In addition, we have an ongoing collaboration on using our RE:SHAPE material for various furniture and interior design solutions.
